Arakiel, or Araqiel, also called Aretztikapha, is the Watcher of earth, agriculture, practicality, geology, geography, land ownership, and power over a geographic area. He is the second Dekadarch. Arakiel is calm, wise, assertive, firm, and noble; almost always appearing with a silver crown atop his head.
