Maintenance is the work of improving, organizing, correcting, and expanding Grigoripedia.

Maintenance pages, project pages, and templates are not part of Grigoripedia's main article content. They exist to teach editors about the tools available to them and alert editors to pages that need attention.

Common Grigoripedia maintenance tasks include expanding stub articles, improving opening paragraphs of articles, fixing formatting or layout problems, adding internal links as needed, checking terminology for consistency, and placing articles in the best applicable categories.

Article improvement priorities

When improving an article, editors should generally prioritize accuracy, clear definitions, neutral encyclopedic wording, consistent terminology, useful linking, and appropriate categorization. If a deserving topic does not have a page yet, an editor can create a stub with a brief definition paragraph and mark it for later expansion.
