Tamiel, also called Kasyade, Kasdeya, or Kasdaye, is the Watcher of abortion, spirit work, naphsha work, offensive (as opposed to defensive) magic, and hidden powers. He is the fifth Dekadarch and the fifth of the five great instigators who persuaded the other Watchers to descend.

He is one of the few horned Watchers; his horns resemble those of an addax or eland.
