Usage

Use {{Infobox Watcher}} for individual Watcher articles.

Only |name is required. All other parameters are optional. Rows, blocks, and sections associated with omitted or empty parameters are not displayed.

|other_names is displayed in small text beneath the Watcher’s primary name.

For multiple alternative names, separate the names with the bullet character • surrounded by spaces:

|position and |tribe are displayed as centered, bolded blocks beneath the image.

Ordinarily, use |position for Dekadarchs:

For Non-Dekadarch Watchers, use |tribe in the form Tribe of [Dekadarch]:

Ordinarily, do not use |tribe for Dekadarchs.

The title block appears beneath the position or tribe block. All titles use the same normal-weight styling. Separate multiple titles with line breaks:

Parameters

|name: The Watcher’s primary name. This parameter is required.

|other_names: Legitimate alternative names, spellings, transliterations, translated forms, or aliases. These are displayed directly beneath the primary name. Separate multiple names with • .

|image: The filename of an illustration or other relevant image. Enter only the filename, without File: or additional image syntax.

|image_caption: A brief caption for the image. Leave blank if no image is used.

|position: The Watcher’s formal position or status, such as First Dekadarch, Second Dekadarch, or Dekadarch. It is displayed as a centered, bolded block beneath the image.

|tribe: The tribe to which a Non-Dekadarch Watcher belongs, entered in the form Tribe of [Dekadarch]. It is displayed in the same centered, bolded style as |position. Ordinarily leave this parameter blank for Dekadarchs.

|titles: Formal titles, honorifics, offices, or recurring descriptive epithets. Titles are displayed in a centered block beneath the position or tribe block and use normal font weight. Separate multiple titles with <br>.

|corruptions: Corrupted, distorted, mistransmitted, folk-etymologized, or otherwise secondary forms of the Watcher’s name.

|name_meaning: The meaning, translation, or proposed etymology of the Watcher’s name.

|associations: Concepts, forces, activities, celestial bodies, animals, objects, professions, or domains conventionally associated with the Watcher.

|teachings: Knowledge, arts, sciences, technologies, or practices the Watcher taught while on physical realm.

|personality: Characteristic personality traits, temperaments, attitudes, behaviors, or dispositions attributed to the Watcher.

|symbols: Objects, creatures, colors, signs, weapons, plants, or other symbolic motifs used to represent the Watcher in iconography or identify him in visions.

|preferred_offerings: Offerings considered particularly appropriate for or preferred by the Watcher.

|textual_mentions: Scriptures, inscriptions, apocrypha, grimoires, or other texts in which the Watcher is mentioned.

|descendants: Known nephil descendants of the Watcher’s lineage.

Notes

Separate multiple short values in ordinary data fields with semicolons, bullet lists, or {{Plainlist}}, depending on the amount of information.

Use |other_names only for legitimate alternative names. Secondary or corrupted forms belong under |corruptions.

For Dekadarchs, use |position and ordinarily leave |tribe blank. For Non-Dekadarch Watchers, use |tribe to identify the appropriate Watcher tribe.

The appearance parameters should describe the Watcher’s attested, established appearance according to Satano-Grigorist deity notes, not speculation. If the Watcher’s appearance is unknown, leave all appearance fields blank.
