Church of Satan

The Church of Satan is a major atheistic satanist parareligious organization founded by Anton LaVey in 1966. It was the first organization to publicly and openly identify with the label of Satanism, although it rejects the actual existence of Satan. It has a long-standing rivalry with The Satanic Temple, the other major atheosatanist organization in the modern day.
