LaVeyanism

LaVeyanism, also known as LaVeyan Satanism or simply Satanism (by its own adherents), is a form of atheistic satanism associated with the Church of Satan and based on the teachings of Anton LaVey. It is an atheistic parareligion that uses the aesthetics and symbolism of Satanism but rejects the actual existence of Satanael or any other spiritual being. It is distinct from theistic Satanism, which affirms the existence of Satanael and worships him as a deity.
