Gabriel

Gabriel is a prominent archangel in the service of Yahweh. Along with Michael, Raphael, and Uriel, he is one of the four most widely recognized archangels. He belongs to the order of ishim (dynames), the angels who wield naphsha and work miracles. His name means "strong man of God."

Gabriel appears in the Yahwist Book of Enoch and the Satano-Grigorist Book of the Watchers and the Acts of Enoch as one of the archangels who reports the rebellion of the Watchers and subsequently carries out Yahweh's commands to make war against the Nephilim.
